Product Ordering
How can I tell what color disc I will receive?
Our website is directly tied to our extensive inventory of exact colors and weights, ensuring that everything you see is in stock and ready to ship. If a color or weight is not listed, it is currently unavailable. We receive new stock almost daily, so check back often for updated options. Click here to see our color & weight policy.
How can I tell what weight disc I will receive?
Just like colors, our website shows the exact weight options available in our inventory. If a weight is not shown, it is not in stock, and we cannot fulfill orders for unlisted items. New inventory is added frequently, so please check back regularly.
Will you send me a disc in a weight I did not order?
We strive to maintain an accurate inventory to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. If the weight you selected is unavailable, we will contact you by email or phone. We will never send a disc outside the weight class you selected without your permission. If you need an exact weight, such as 175g, please add a note to your order indicating if a different weight is acceptable if your preference is unavailable.
Can I change my order after it is submitted?

Can you recommend some discs for me?

I want to buy a gift but don't know what to get. Can you help?
The best option is a gift certificate! We offer gift certificates in any amount, which can be sent instantly via email or mailed as a physical certificate. Gift certificates can be redeemed online, making them the perfect choice.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not happy with your discs, we offer an easy and straightforward return policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Discs must be returned in new, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- All returned discs must include the original packaging and any accompanying materials, such as stickers or inserts.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Before returning your discs, please contact our customer service team at orders@discnation.com, through our Contact Us page, or call us at 512-828-7414 to receive return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package Your Return: Safely package your discs to prevent damage during shipping. Be sure to include your order number and RA number inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned discs, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the discs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your discs for a different item, please contact us to check availability. You can return your current discs for a refund and place a new order for the desired items.
Additional Notes:
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply to unused disc returns.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on non-basket orders of $75 or more. Please note that baskets (targets) are oversized and heavy, requiring UPS or FedEx Ground shipping, which is not eligible for free shipping.
I need my order by tomorrow. Can I get it in time?
This depends on the current time and your shipping choice. Overnight shipping may not be available in all areas and can be expensive (typically $30+ for a single disc). Please call us to confirm if same-day shipping is possible.
I ordered 2-day shipping on Wednesday but received my order on Monday. What happened?
Orders placed on Wednesday generally ship on Thursday. As UPS does not deliver express packages on weekends, your 2-day shipment would arrive on Monday.
Can my multiple orders be combined to save on shipping?
If you place more than one order on the same day, please include a note at checkout. We will combine orders whenever possible and compensate you for the extra shipping charges with a refund or a gift certificate.
UPS says my order was delivered, but I didn’t receive it—what now?
Please let us know as soon as possible if your order is marked as delivered but not received. UPS requires the shipper to handle all traces or claims, so we will initiate contact on your behalf.
Can I use UPS Ground if my address is a PO Box?
No, UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you select UPS shipping and provide a PO Box address, your order will be delayed until we can update your address or adjust the shipping method.
My order has already shipped, but I made a mistake. Can you have the package returned?
We cannot intercept packages once shipped, as this process is costly and often ineffective. Please wait to receive the order, and you can decide whether to return the item afterward.
Where is the tracking number for my order shipped through US Mail?
USPS tracking numbers provide limited functionality, primarily serving for delivery confirmation and loss claims rather than real-time tracking. Unfortunately, this means that tracking progress updates are not available for most USPS shipments. If you require a fully trackable service, we recommend selecting a UPS shipping option, which provides detailed tracking from shipment to delivery.
I ordered a target. Where is my tracking number?
Many of the disc golf targets (baskets) we sell are shipped directly from the manufacturer, as noted on their respective product pages. Because these items are shipped separately, tracking information is sometimes not available until after delivery. While we strive to provide tracking for every order, this process helps us keep costs down and pass those savings on to you—often reducing the price of each basket by $25-$40. Rest assured, our goal is to maintain the highest standards for order processing, and we are here to assist you if you have any concerns regarding your shipment.
Product Specifics
Will I get the tie-dye disc that is pictured?
No, each tie-dyed disc is unique. The disc pictured is kept for reference and future photos.
Will I get the exact solid color disc that is pictured?
Not necessarily. Even if a specific color is shown, you may receive a similar shade based on availability. Please add any specific color requests in the order notes, and we will do our best to accommodate.
Will I receive the exact hot stamp shown in the picture?
Unless otherwise noted, the disc you purchase will have the current run and stamp. Manufacturers frequently change hot stamps, and these changes are not always communicated to us. Collectible discs are listed separately with specific details in the title or description.
Can I get a discount for bulk orders?

Why is there a large sticker on the bottom of my disc?
Most of our discs have a barcode sticker to ensure inventory accuracy and expedite order fulfillment. If the sticker is difficult to remove, gently scrub it with a sponge.
