We’ve built our reputation by consistently fulfilling over 97% of orders within one business day and ensuring that our customers receive exactly what they ordered. For even faster service, we now offer same-day shipping for orders placed by noon EST with the default shipping or any UPS shipping method. We’re also a pioneer in showing real-time stock availability, allowing you to see exactly what’s in stock and ready to ship.
Order & Shipping Policies
Order Processing
We strive for exceptional order fulfillment, but occasionally issues may arise. Below are our procedures for handling order exceptions. For more detailed information on placing an order, our return policy, or general order FAQs, please refer to our Order FAQs page.
Exception Handling — Products
- Golf Discs: If the weight or color you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives. We never substitute without your consent.
- Ultimate Discs: If your selected color is out of stock, we will reach out to review your options.
- Disc Bags: If the chosen bag color is unavailable, we will contact you for alternative options.
- Disc Baskets: For baskets with color options, such as the Skillshot, we will notify you if your choice is not available.
- Clothing: If your selected size or color is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss your options.
If you have any special requests or concerns, please add a note to your order at checkout. We review every note and respond directly on your receipt to confirm our actions.
Exception Handling — Addresses
Providing accurate address details is critical for timely delivery. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground, which does not deliver to PO Boxes. Orders with incorrect shipping selections may be delayed, and we cannot guarantee our next business day shipping for such orders. If we need to contact you regarding your order, we will first attempt via email, then phone if no response is received within 24 hours.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (Contiguous US States)
Standard shipping is our most economical option, allowing us to choose the most cost-effective delivery method between USPS and UPS Ground. Standard shipping rates are $3.00 for single-disc orders and $5.99 for multi-disc orders. This option is not available for basket orders, which must be shipped via UPS Ground.
Flat-Rate UPS Ground Shipping ($8.99, Continental US)
We offer UPS Ground shipping for most orders within the contiguous 48 states for a flat rate of $8.99, which includes insurance at no additional cost. This offer is not valid for PO Box addresses, baskets, or targets. Orders received by 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day; those received later ship the next business day. Signature-required delivery options are available at an additional cost.
Basket Shipping (Continental US)
Disc golf baskets ship via UPS Ground, with charges based on the basket model. Baskets may be shipped directly from the manufacturer, which can result in delays in tracking information.
Expedited Shipping (Continental US)
For faster delivery, we offer multiple UPS expedited options, including Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select. Orders received before noon EST ship the same business day; otherwise, they ship the next business day. This policy does not apply to basket shipments or orders requiring prior customer contact.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are eligible for flat-rate shipping of $5.10 for single-disc orders or $19.99 for larger orders via US Mail. Expedited shipping must be selected for time-sensitive orders. Basket shipments are not available for these locations.
Package Tracking & Undelivered Shipments
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. It is your responsibility to track your package and ensure delivery. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we will initiate a trace with the carrier. If the package is declared lost or damaged, we will re-ship at no cost to you or issue a refund.
Additional Policies
Plastic Imperfections
Due to the nature of disc manufacturing, minor cosmetic imperfections may occur but do not affect performance. All discs sold are first quality unless otherwise noted. Factory seconds are clearly labeled.

All promotions and sales end at midnight CST on the final sale date.
